SIA Solutions both installs and maintains navigation systems. Our maintenance solutions are manned by our expert engineers and technicians on site and include every aspect of system upkeep in a package customised to an airport's specific requirements. We are currently logistically supporting 133 sophisticated airport installations in Southern Africa.
SIA Solutions works in close collaboration with the Civil Aviation Authorities and the ATNS Company Limited on the construction of letdown and approach procedures, SIDS and STARS as well as the division of airspace.
To ensure that we are able to provide turnkey solutions our expert engineers are able to perform site criteria, site selection, site surveys and placing of navigation and approach aids on and in the vicinity of airports based on ICAO recommendations.
A unique offering is the rehabilitation of existing systems involving the refurbishing and upgrading of re-usable elements, extending meaningful cost savings to our clients. Only elements that cannot be re-used are replaced with new components.
In service training of personnel who are required to maintain and operate the systems that we have installed is part of our complete service offering.
